GC issues
hi, pls help me, I came to US last year (AUG 2010), I am in H4 which expires sep2011. My husbands priority for GC (EB) is Dec 2006, (Now the list shows Mar 2007), We cudnt include my name in his application as I dnt have my birth certificate (applied, will get in 10 days), do we have any chance to include my name along with him before he receive his GC, I am much worried and frustrated. pls help me in this regard, would be much greatful If a get a solution. pls consider my urgency and reply as soon as possible. thank you.
