My 140 was approved under EB2 in July 2008 and I had a few queries while preparing to file the 485.
Hope somebody can answer them Thanks in advance
1. When I started the GC process, my wife was on H1 and now she has applied for the H4 (approval is due).
How should I notify this change to the INS?
2. I do not have a birth certificate. Please advise on this.
3. My LC application was accepted for processing on July 29 2007 but was approved in August 2007. So priority date and month is in July or is it August. In other words is the date of approval my priority date or is it the date of receipt of my LC application.
