Hi,
We came to US in 2000, and for some reason or the other we could not file our GC till Feb, 2005. It took 22 months for the labor to get cleared. We filed I 140 in March, 2007, and I 485 in July, 2007.
The PD are May 02, and just moved one year in 4 years. It is so frustating to wait for this long. Is there any hope we will be getting the GC? Is it a good idea to move to EB2 and go through the process all over again?
Please advice.
