  • EB1 Green card for a Sr. executive

I am writing to you as I had some guidance with respect to Green Card Processing with my Husband as the primary applicant. He was employed by a US based organization in Toronto as a full time employee, he worked with the firm for more than 1 year and then was transferred to the US office on an H1. We would like to know how to apply for the green card through EB1 ( transfer of the employee).

He is a Canadian PR with Indian nationality. We have all documentation and tax documents stating he was working out of Toronto for more than a year and was transferred to the US office ( based in Virginia).

He is a Vice President at the firm and hold a Ph.D and has been withe the organization for more than 2 years now. This is a bit of a challenge for the organization as well as his was the only such case they have ever looked at.

I am writing to on his behalf as he is currently traveling on work and I was recommend your expertise by a relative who live in the USA.

Look forward to your advise and guidance at the earliest.

    Regards,
    Aparna
