Can a Green Card Holder in USA outsource me his job

Hi Everyone,

Iam working in an MNC in India, One of my friends is a Green Card Holder in USA. I know that GC Holders can do more than one job.

Now i have 2 questions

1st Question: Can my friend join in 2 jobs (1st one will be his job as usual) and outsource the 2nd job to me, May be he can opt for Work From Home for the 2nd Job and virtually i will be working for that job. Is this practically possible.

2nd Question: Can my friend help me in any way to get some outsourcing project contracts(Could be IT ones or Data Entry), so that i can recruit few people along with me and get the work done.

Please let me know if you know any similar cases success stories. or suggest me some other ways of getting the US job staying in India.

Please reply, Iam in bad need to money and i cann't move out of India because of some personnel commitments.

Second option is what you should go with. Don't try the first one as it is troublesome for both of you.
