** EB2-Nov-2009-India - guidance needed **

Good morning. I am from India - EB2-with Nov 2009. As all of you are aware, as of January bulletin released on Dec/10/2011, I am current and my attorney has already shipped out all the docs on Jan/5/2012.

Please guide me on what I should be anticipating for and an approximate timeline.

You should first get the receipt notice, then fingerprinting etc. (if applied for EAD), then EAD and Advance Parole and then I-485 approval.
