140 Question
Hi,
I have approved 140 from Company A and now working for Company B.
My i-140 is not yet cancelled by Company A but H1B got cancelled at company A. If I join back Company A now by transfering my H1B from Company B to Company A. Does Company A needs to start Green Card processing from Labour? or Can Company A can use my old-140 and directly file for I-485 when my priority date comes.
