Urgent: EB2 for 3 + 2

I have 3 years under-graduation (BCA) + 2 years post graduation (MSc - IT) from India. My masters is equivalent to US Masters (as per FIS education evaluation report). I have 6 years of experience in same field outside current company.

1) As per my understanding I should be eligible for EB-2 according to BS + 5 criteria. Is this correct?

2) My current company is not ready to file in EB-2. They are saying that the employee who does not have at least a U.S. bachelor's degree or a single source foreign equivalent degree will not be eligible for EB-2. However I have seen many of my friends' companies filing in EB-2 with same education and experience. Is there anything I can do?

If your employer is unwilling to file in EB2, there is nothing you can do.

Apart from your qualification, your job must require EB2 qualifications.
