EB2 - Employment GC with mom as dependant

Hello,

I have a MS in Computer Science degree from NY + 2 years of work exp here in US. My employer has recently started my EB2 GC process.

My mom presently resides in India by herself. Is there any provision by which I can get my mom's GC application alongwith mine and if yes, when/how does it happen?

I have read this is usually done at the I-485 Adjustment of Status stage but that it applies to spouse and children. Does it also apply to parents? If yes, how long does the parent have to wait after the primary applicant receives the GC?
