My wife and I were married 5 years ago in California. We left the States to Spain a year later stopping here Conditionl Status. We lived there for two years and now we are living in Argentina. For me to do the visa process here I need to be a resident of Argentina. I'm not a Resident of Argentina. My wife is an Italian/Agentine. Reading the USCIC website it sounds like we can go to the States togther and file the papers there during her three month legal stay. Is this correct? Help please?
