Greetings Everyone,
My wife and i filed a joint petition to remove conditions on the 2 year conditional green card. I am the US citizen and my wife is the conditional resident (2 year green card holder). we received the acknowledgment from USCIS couple of days ago. On the top of that acknowledgement letter under both the "PETITIONER" name and the "BENEFICIARY" name, they have listed the name of my wife. My name is not mentioned at all. Is this correct or do i need to bring this to the attention of USCIS?
