Advance Payroll

Hi,

I did concurrent filing for my mom (green card, advance payroll) in Sep 2018. We received approval notice for advance payroll on Feb 28 but havent received any travel document yet. I also submitted case as we havent received travel document but the case is not even assigned to anyone within uscis.

Does anyone have any experience or have been through similar suggestion? I also tried calling customer care but they said you have already submitted case, there is nothing else we can do .

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated
