I 130 document question

My wife,who is a citizen would be filling I 130 for her parents, she is a house wife and i need to know what documents i need to provide to prove her financial responsibility

She needs a joint sponsored might be u other person who can take responsibility of her parents

so an affidavit of support on a paper is good or do i need to fill up some form.

Nothing needs to be done at the I-130 filing stage. Later, when the parents go through consular processing, your wife, the petitioner, will need to submit an I-864 Affidavit of Support for each of them. If your wife's individual income is insufficient, she can count your income into her household income since you are her household member. If that is sufficient, then that is good enough. If that is still insufficient, then you guys need to find a "joint sponsor" whose own household income is sufficient, who will be willing to fill out a second I-864 for each of your wife's parents.
