I have petitioned my parents and two of my siblings at the same time in 2014 and submitted 4 forms of I-130 for all. Because of civil war in Yemen and relocating their cases, only my parents received their visa in September 2019, came to the U.S. in November 22, and have their Green Card now. My siblings did not receive their visas and their priority date is Aug 12, 2014. Now, my question is, can I ask the NVC to expedite my siblings case so that they can join their parents and is that possible? Or, is there such a thing where I can transfer their case to my mother so that they can consider it faster? Or, do I need to file a new form of I-130 for each one of them under my mother's name? Please help! Thank you so much in advance for your advise.
Note: My siblings were 9 yrs and 13 yrs when I applied for I-130 in 2014. Now, they are 14 yrs and 18 yrs. (one was born in 2005 and the other was born in 2001).
