  • I-130 petition for married son

    Hi,

I have been searching this forum for experiences on I-130 interviews. my parents are american citizens and my case is current for I-130 unmarried son but I got married 6 years back. Please share your experiences if you ever had same experience and how did you go about with this situation.

You are going to have to adjust through the F3 category, none of which are current. Wait times are going to be long, sorry.

Did you marry before or after your petitioning parent became a US citizen?

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
