  • As a green card holder, can I sponsor my parents in the US?

I’m having this big argument with my cousins. Is it really possible ? I have a conditional green card status, my family keep telling my that I can sponsor my parents so they can at least get a work permit. Is this true?

No. Only US citizens can petition parents to immigrate.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
