I-130 filed Jan, 2019 NOT approved YET but interview scheduled
Hi guys,
I submitted I-130 for my wife on Jan 2019, and received notice on September, 2019 saying Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction, and since then, I got nothing except for an I-797 notice.
And I opened a request on Outside Normal Processing Time this Feb., and hasn't received anything back yet.
My I-485 interview was scheduled on March 31 and got canceled and rescheduled due to COVID-19.
So, does anyone have similar situation like me? What if I still don't have I-130 approved while I finished the interview?
