Affidavit of Support Help Needed!

Hello,
I have a few questions regarding i-864. My husband filed 3 form i-130 for each of my 3 kids and is now approved. My questions are:
1. Should I file 3 forms of I-864 or I-864EZ for each one? My husband is the only sponsor, he meets the income requirements.
2. For the household size, should we list the kids on the dependents for each form? Meaning, the primary applicant(1 kid for each) will be 1, 1 for me, 1 for my USC husband, and 2 for the children as dependents making it a total household number of 5 for each i-864 or should it be just 3 for each of the form?

Thank you for your response. Now i know he needs to file 3 i-864 forms. We just need to know what will be our total household number for each form.
