Hello Guys,
I currently live in NJ and have been living here for over 14 years. I got married to my wife (who is here on H1B till 2023) back in August and would like to apply for her greencard. I am also trying to move to Texas soon so my question is 2 fold:
1) Do I need to apply for I130 as well as I485 to get her a green card and transfer her status? OR do I just need to file I485? If both of them need to be filed, can they be filed at the same time?
2) How long would I need to live in Texas before I can apply for her green card. Are there any other residency requirements?
