  • Do any states provide benefits? Personal experience.

Do any states provide Medicare or Medicaid for beneficiaries of family-based immigration?
I hear some people mention that CA, MA, and NY, for example can approve Medicare for 65+ parents, for whom a child filed form I-130 and has been approved, i.e. the status is LPR, and not a citizen. My understanding was that no states can do that. Can you, please, share your personal experience?
