Filing Separate I-130 for Sibling

Hi,
I am US Citizen filed I-130 for my sibling few years back. However now my parents are permanent resident and would like to file separate I-130 for unmarried child over 21.
Do we have to add my parents to existing I-130 file or how to combine previous file with separate new I-130 application as my parents as sponsor. Please explain process.
