I JUST HAD A BABY!! Please help!!????????

Dear community, my father filed for me over seven years ago, he is a US citizen. and I recently became eligible to apply for a visa to come to the United States. I am 35 years old so I had to wait that long for my priority date. But here’s my problem, I had a baby 15 months ago and my baby was not included in the original petition for obvious reasons. Does my father need to start a new petition for my baby girl or does he just need to add a few documents for her so she can come with me when I travel to the US.? please help.

Just email them letting them know that you now have a baby. Include the child’s birth certificate ( showing parental relationship) and request that they adjust your case accordingly. I have done this many times. I worked with an immigrant lawyer for many years.
