Hi Guys, I am a green card holder and my spouse had a visa interview under visa category F2A. The VO denied the visa on the basis that my current resident state (Tx) doesn't recognize cousin marriage. I have seen a couple of other posts on the issue asking to move and reapply. I basically have 2 questions if anyone can help: 1) How long will it take after I reapply after changing state (initial interview came after 14 months). 2) Did anyone get through this and eventually got the visa after changing the state? is this only the holdup or can the new VO reject again on the same ground?. Thanks for all the help.
