Current timeline for Parents GC

My parents arrived in US from India (Indian citizens) on B2 visa in November’2021 and have current i94 for 6 months (May 2022).

I am getting their medical examination with civil surgeon initiated today and plan to submit all forms (concurrently i130, i485 etc.) needed together with i693 sometime in January (after any required immunizations are completed). This will leave them 4 months on current i94. Does anyone know what is the current timeline for GC approvals for parents from India and how long it is taking ?

Does anyone know what is the current timeline for GC approvals for parents from India and how long it is taking ?
Answer: Each application and processing center has different processing time.. For example, as per my knowledge, I-130 petition will surely take anywhere between 6 to 12 months. Same for I-485 petition too.. But, If you have pending I-485 petition then your parents can stay in the USA.
