Hi, My wife wants to sponsor her sister and her family for US greencard in the family category. Form I-134 affidavit is asking for all the financial details like bank balance, salary, assets, life insurance value etc.,. Wondering if this information be visible to the applicant family. She is not comfortable in disclosing all her financial details which could be seen by applicant party. Thanks for your insight/advice.

Why is she using I-134? It should be I-864, and I-864 is only needed at the later stage when a visa number becomes available (15+ years after the I-130 is filed).

Thanks for your response. I think she needs more clarity. Can you share any link where it clearly gives step by step process (different Forms used) to sponsor a sister and family. Also, important point is - the family is in currently living in US on a working TN visa (Canadian).
Most concerning to her is - will the applicants have access/visibility to her financial details.Comment
