My I-140 denied just few days ago.
I tavelled with advance parole while holding F-1/OPT, a month after I came back my I-140 was denied, now many people tell me that I am out of status although my F-1/OPT is valid for 6 more months. I thought when I come back to US under advance parole, my status will stay whatever it was?
They stamped my I-94 with AOS, so since my I-140 has been denied, am I out of status? or should I wait for I-485 revoke letter to come to be out of status? when exactly the out of status date starts?
please help me understand my situation.
