Hi,
I have been working in the US for the past 2 years. I have a Master's Degree and currently salaried at 250,000.00/Annum. I am planning on going the permanent residence route.
Would I qualify under EB-1 based on my current salary?. If I am not eligible for EB-1, do I have to get PERM (Labor Clearance) to qualify under EB-2, what is the duration for getting the PERM these days.
Any help and advice would be highly appreciated.
