H1b amendment after I140 is revoked

I am on seventh year of h1 and my current h1 is valid till 2017 based on my i140 from previous employer which is now revoked.

My current employer has filed an h1 amendment for change in location and I was notified high chance of rejection.

My question, will uscis reject my h1 amendment because I don't have valid i140 now? What happens to my status and previous petition with different location?
