Hi,
My husband's green card application has been initiated by his current employer and his PERM is under processing. I have two questions on the H4 ead that will be granted after his I140 is approved.
1. Can his employer revoke an approved i140 if he chooses to switch jobs.
2. If I obtain my H4 ead after his I140 is approved and my husband then changes his job, will the H4 ead be still valid?
3. Supposedly he changes his job after the I140 approval but before I apply for H4 ead, will I be able to apply for a H4 ead after he is under the new employer.
