Hi,
I got my I-140 (EB1C) got approved today and my current Visa and I-94 expiry date is 09/30/2016. My I-485 was submitted a little after I-140 was submitted and bio-metrics have already been done.
Also received the AP and EAD card in mail, so guess only thing left is for I-485 to get approved and GC to arrive.
My question is that do i need to travel outside of US before 09/30/2016 in order to come back on AP? Or can i stay in US even after expired VISA and I-94 since the I-140 has already been approved?
