Hi All,
Recently my PERM is approved and we are in the process of submitting the I-140 Application.
Most of the forums/blogs saying that we need the Experience letters from previous employers with Job duties and i am trying to get it from Previous Company HR.
1. If we won't get it on company letter head, it is ok to have job duties on a plain paper from my previous Manager?.
2. Do we need to Include the job duties from Current Organization(Company which is filing the GC) also?.
