I-140 denied. reason:Prevailing wage certificate expired

Hi all,

I just received the denial letter of 140/485. The reason they gave was that prevailing wage certificate was expired.

We filed our application last year in schedule A.

Did anybody else face the similar situation. If yes, what are our options.

I also filed on nov 2005. No approval till now. Under Schedule A Nurse. Can you tell me filing only I140 or I140+I1485 for family . Please tell me your filing date. I dont know why is taking these much time. Is it the problem of attorney.
