Question on I-140

Hi,

We applied for I-140 in premium processing and got query then we re-applied in motion process.Can anyone tell us how long it takes for the processing to get the approval and if anyone experienced applying I-140 thru motion processing pls give us the details
also pls tell us can we apply I-485 as I-140's is in processing?

Not sure but partial answer to your query is, Yes you can file your I-485 with pending I-140 provided you have the I-140 Receipt number.
