I-140 under EB2

I am not happy with my lawyer and looking for your assistance.

I am Canadian Citizen born in Pakistan Karachi. I have bachelors degree in B.Com and US Equivalent Bachelor of Science MIS.

I also have 10+ years of IT job experience

My question is do I qualify for I-140 under EB2? if not what will you do for me to get I-140 under EB2.
