Your company & or attorney is taking you for a ride intensionally or Un-intentionally. Ask them to prove with fact i.e. numbers the success VS Rejects.
I am yet to see a single reject, so they company basically may want you around longer.

My company is not ready to do CP because it feels the Mumbai cases get denied. How can I convince my company that it is safe to do CP? The reason they give is that the case can not be appealed in Mumbai once it is refused for adjustment. I did not feel so after reading the Mumbai site. Where can I find more information(authorised) about this to give to my company?
