I140 processing does not depend upon EB2 or EB3.

You can change to CP by amending I-140 (Send a letter saying you want to do CP and NOT AOS.)

Hi,

My I-140 is in process in VSC , RD is 03/07/00 in EB2.
How long it will take for I-140 in Eb2. Does Eb2 or Eb3
matters in Process of I-140.At the time of my I-140 my attorney never told me about the CP. Now i came to know about CP.If i want to change my process to CP , can i do it
while 140 is in process ?
