    I-140 approved at CSC through Eb-1 but

    Hello,
    My wifes I-140 got approved through the EB-1 category at the CSC but unfortunately her company went bankrupt before it was approved and she had to join a diff. company. Is there any way for her to transfer the I-140 to the new company or will she have to start the whole process all over again?
