B.E + 5 years experience by January 2001.
1.)Same Employer - same PD + New EB2 I-140 in Feb.
Can I do this ?
2.)Same Employer - Can I continue both ?
3.)Same Employer - if my EB3 PD becomes current before my
new EB2 I-140 approval Can I go to EB3-CP ?
4.)New Employer - old EB3 PD + New Labour,Eb2 I-140
Can I do this ?
Is this Faster than my Current State ?
