    file for H1 transfer and LC simultaneously ?

    I have the following questions, please help.
    1) I have an approved I140 in EB3 category from my previous company. Can I use its PD for applying GC in another company in EB2 category ?

    2) Can I file for H1 transfer and LC simultaneously ?
