Hi ,
I applied for my L1-B extension for the first time after 2 and 1/2 years and i got a RFE on that .My company responded to the RFE queries.
I'm actually waiting for the decision from USCIS on my status.
I applied for my GC processing in the beginning of this year and my PD is Feb 5th 2008.My I-140 is currently pending with USCIS.
My Immigration HR says that if my L1B gets rejected and i go back to India, my I-140 will also get rejected 100%.How far is this true?
Will i then have to start over my GC process all over again???????????????????
Please do clarify and advise what options i have to keep my GC processing going
