I-140 approved, H1-B transfer from Co A to Co B

Hi,

I am currently working with company "A" and my "H1B" with 6 years validity expires on Sep-2009,
I have an approved I-140 through company A.
My question is can I transfer my H1B extension(3 yrs) with company "B" using company "A" approved I-140..
