I-140 approved

Hi All

My I-140 approved and now I decided to leave the company I am working.

So will the current company will give me the I-140 approval so that I can continue the process with new company?

With I-140 approval I got three years H1B visa with current company .So when my new company file H1B extension will I get for 3 years again ?

Please let me know.

Please clarify

His I-140 was approved,6 years on his original H1 have expired.

He got 3 year extn based on the I-140 approval status.

Is this course of action open for him?(i searched the forum and see conflicting answers)

1.He gets his H1 transferred with a new company.
2.He starts a new GC with new company(new labor,new I 140 etc.)
3.Once his new I-140 (with new company) is approved,He gets the priority Dates ported because he had the copy of original I-140.



I know this can be done in general case,but can the H1 transfer take place,when H1 is on beyond 6 year extn.

GUYS,my HR Signed on original ETA- 9089 Documents using "BLACK" INK, does that matter, because somebody told me that it should be signed by BLUE INK only, if anybody has any idea about this plz share.
