I140 - Appeal

All,

I made a appeal for my I140 rejection and waiting for last 10 months...
Is there any way , i can reach USCIS and check the status on this ?
Any idea, how long i should wait ?

Now i am going to complete my H1B (6 year period) in another 6 months and applying extension based on my pending appeal...

Will they approve my extension ? if so how long they will give extension ?

U can only apply for 1 year extension as u have approved PERM. You cant claim any extension than that based on ur pending case of I-140. If I-140 is approved then its 3years.

More over these days they are targeting on H1-B candidates.

I do not like to be negative but the rate of success of appeals is very low. Stay strong but keep options open... this helps you to stay prepared if the un desired happens.
