Oh my! What does it mean?

Can we still file I-140 and I-485 after this executive order?

The 60 day immigration pause applies to people applying for green cards from outside the US (i.e. consular processing). So you should be fine if you're applying for adjustment of status from inside the country (i.e. adjustment of status).
