MTR filed for I140 Denial

I am currently in L1A. My I140 filed on EB1 category has been denied by USCIS on Dec 2020. The reason has not been disclosed to me. After review, my employer's immigration team has decided to file a 'motion to reconsider (MTR)' for the denial. The MTR has now filed with USCIS since 4 weeks awaiting the case update. Anybody been in similar situation, can you pls share your experience and outcome.
