Will appreciate your perspective. Thanks in advance.

    Questions
Is it true that we have to have a hard copy of PERM approval for I-140 premium processing?
Will DoL not issue a duplicate copy?
Is there any way to get premium processing done in my case?

    Background
My immi lawyes says that DoL sent hard copy of PERM approval to them and my company but apparently both got lost in mail. So, unless we have a hard copy of PERM approval, USCIS will not allow premium procsseing. DoL will not issue a duplicate copy as per lawyers. Usual I-140 processing can take upto six months and my sixth years expires in Oct 11. I dont want to cut it too fine.

Yes, original labor is needed for PP.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
