    H1B Expiring

    Hi,
    My H1B is expiring (Complete 6 yrs) in Oct 2011 and i already got my I-140 approved from my current company, but if i have to switch to another company, can they issue me a new visa based on I-140 currently i'm holding or in another word can i even join the some another company?
