I have 140 approved with company A with PD of 11/2007. I have all the approved documents with me to utilize PD during next I 140 application process.
If for any reason, under the following circumstances
1. my employment with company A ends
2. GC process not started with new company yet
3. company A (previous company) withdraws/cancels I 140 (no fraud/no misrepresentation - just employer left routine process).
Will I lose my priority date forever? Or
Under what circumstances, will I lose my priority date?
I am getting contradictory information on different websites.
Can someone please clarify/point me to some resources?
