Dear All,
I have completed BCA (3 years) + MSc (Information Systems) (2 years) full time courses in India. And I have more than 8 years of exp in IT. Am I eligible for EB2?
My company has 2 attorneys and we can pick any of them for filing; one attorney says I am not eligible and other says they can do it in EB2.
