H1 expiry and I140

Hi,

My 6 year stay on my H1 is coming to an end soon. I am still waiting for labor certificate. Can I extend my H1 after I have revived my labor while I have filed the I140?

Yes, if the PERM was filed before one year to the max out of H1.
